Sales Engineer
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who will be responsible for technical sales and work on growing existing accounts with our Sales Manager. The position requires making prospective calls and responding to inbound leads for the purpose of creating interest and qualifying potential opportunities for the sales of our product. Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, H323, RADIUS, Telecom Billing concepts is required. Experience with PortaSwitch is a plus.
General description of this position:
- Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts
- Assesses potential company services and offers solutions that meet customer needs
- Researches and presents reports showing potential customers the cost/ benefit of purchasing company services
- Provides technical training to clients and communicates customer feedback into future product developments
- Uses technical knowledge of service offerings to support and build sales
Software Developer
- Experience with Perl, Python, TCL, PHP
- Knowledge of VoIP (SIP protocol)
- Hands-on experience with FreeBSD
- Understanding of SOAP Web Services
