As a standard part of its white label Hosted PBX solution for ITSPs, Telinta provides unique Auto-Provisioning Profiles to streamline the deployment of many popular IP phone models made by Aastra, Cisco, Fanvil, Grandstream, Panasonic, Polycom, Snom, Yealink and others.
Telinta’s new Hosted PBX capabilities include: Multiple Line Appearance, Phone Book Integration, and Remote Reboot of IP phones. These new capabilities make Telinta’s cloud-based softswitch platform an even more powerful tool for ITSPs and their resellers to offer carrier-grade VoIP services to business customers.
Multiple Line Appearance is an attractive feature for winning business customers who are familiar with the multiple line set-up available in legacy PBXs, while still experiencing the benefits of a Hosted PBX with automated provisioning. Telinta customers can easily register one account on multiple lines of an IP device and provide their end-users a convenient, cloud-based solution with Multiple Line Appearance.
Phone Book Integration enables a Hosted PBX user to easily manage their contacts across multiple devices using the cloud-based self-care interface provided by Telinta’s TeliCoreTM softswitch platform. Integrating contact management with IP phone provisioning, TeliCore enables Telinta’s ITSP customers to easily add all contact entries under one account and then replicate them across all SIP devices in the end user’s office.
Remote Reboot enables Telinta’s ITSP customers to remotely reboot IP phones without the need of manual intervention. This facilitates phone provisioning, deploying firmware upgrades and other key functions that could otherwise require the manual rebooting by a technician or end user.
