What type of messaging can I offer?
Telinta provides you with free on-net messaging between your users. You can offer SMS and MMS via your own providers. You can easily provide messaging via our brandable softphones for mobile and desktop devices, and WebRTC.
Does Telinta provide DIDs or VoIP Termination?
No. Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination. Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need. Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.
How do I bill for my UCaaS services?
All of Telinta’s hosted solutions are fully integrated with our powerful billing capabilities. Our billing is extremely flexible, and you can offer volume discounts, subscription plans, service bundles, monthly recurring charges and more.
