What is TeliClick?
TeliClick is a unique, cloud-based Click-to-Call solution for your business customers. TeliClick provides an easy-to-add icon that your customers can add to their webpage. When visitors click the icon, they will be prompted to enter their phone number in order to initiate a Click-to-Call session. TeliCore places two outbound calls, one to the website visitor and another to your customer’s agent, and then bridges both legs of the call together.
How do I configure TeliClick?
Telinta provides a convenient Set-Up Wizard to configure TeliClick. TeliClick can easily be embedded into virtually any website. This Wizard lets you upload a logo, select a variety of security options, and set which destinations can be called, thus filtering out any unwanted destinations.
Does TeliClick support Drupal-based websites?
Yes, TeliClick can easily be used in a Drupal-based CMS website, as well as any other type site.
Can website visitor select a time to be called back?
Yes. Website visitors can select the time and day to schedule a call.
How does WebRTC work?
WebRTC is a unique calling method where voice calls can be made via the website visitor’s web browser, without needing a mobile or fixed line phone. You can offer WebRTC calling as an option with Click-to-Call. When your website visitors click on the TeliClick icon a WebRTC call to your customer’s agent will be placed.
Does Telinta provide DIDs or VoIP Termination?
No. Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination. Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need. Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.
