What is Pinless?

Pinless service is similar to Calling Card, but without your customers needing to enter a Calling Card number or personal identification number (PIN) in order to place a call.  Instead, our cloud-based switching platform identifies your customers via a pre-defined Caller ID which is linked to their Pinless account.  For added convenience, your customers can link multiple pre-defined Caller IDs to their Pinless account, such as their home phone, office phone and mobile phone.

Can I have resellers?

Yes.  All of Telinta’s white label solutions can be offered to your resellers, under your own brand or theirs.  Telinta offers you significant resources to support your resellers such as specialized web portals for distributors and agents, comprehensive reporting for commissions, auto-calculation of commissions and more.

How can my customers replenish a prepaid balance?

Your customers can replenish a prepaid balance via IVR, online, with vouchers and credit cards.  Telinta also offers a convenient PayPal plug-in as an option.

Does Telinta provide DIDs or VoIP Termination?

No.  Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination.  Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need.  Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.
