How does it work?

Telinta customers receive a brandable “bot” showing their logo and brand name.  Their users can then click on this bot to make outbound VoIP calls to any landline and mobile PSTN phone number.  Inbound calls can be received from the PSTN.

How is the brandable bot used?

Telinta provides you with a brandable bot,a small piece of software code which is specially designed for VoIP calling.  You can share it with your users via Telegram, and your users in turn can share it with other Telegram users both via their mobile and desktop apps.  The bot can show your logo and brand name, for example “@your_brand_bot” can be used.  When clicked, the bot opens a screen for users to initiate a VoIP call-back session.

How can I offer Speed-Dial?

Via the use of an access number from your DID provider, you can enable your users to receive a call-back with a customizable IVR menu.  This menu can include options for pre-defined speed-dial numbers, recharge of a prepaid balance, and more.
