Does Telinta provide DIDs or VoIP Termination?

No.  Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination.  Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need.  Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.

Does Telinta provide SIP Trunking equipment?

No. Telinta does not provide equipment, however our TeliCore platform is compatible with any standards-compliant hardware.

Why should I offer SIP Trunking?

SIP Trunking enables you to provide VoIP services to customers who own their own legacy PBX hardware installed at their premises. Your customers benefit from the cost savings of VoIP, while still keeping their existing PBX equipment. VoIP service providers benefit, since their addressable market will grow to include companies who prefer not to use Hosted PBX.

Does Telinta offer E911 services?

No, however our TeliCore platform has APIs that enable you to use the services of third-party E-911 providers.
